United Cargo Agency is located right in the middle of things at Shahpur Jat 49, over by the Asian Market in Khel Gaon. If you’ve ever been to Shahpur Jat, you know it’s a maze of narrow streets and busy shops. We’ve been operating here for a good while, handling the cargo needs of the various businesses around us. It’s a lively place to work. Our office isn't much to look at—just a functional space where we handle the logistics and paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating pickups and deliveries. Because the streets are so tight, we have to be really careful about how we time our trucks. It can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re just a small group of people who know how to move goods in and out of this area. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just offer a straightforward way to get cargo moved. Sometimes things get delayed or the market gets too crowded to move quickly, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We’ve built up a lot of local knowledge over the years. We just keep doing what we do, helping people get their products to where they need to go. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be part of the community here.
