TCI XPS

You can find us over in Rohini Sector 9, right at G-4 near D C Chowk. It’s a busy little corner of Delhi and there’s always something happening right outside the door. We aren’t a huge operation here, just a small office where we handle the daily logistics. Most of the morning is spent answering calls and looking at logs. It gets pretty loud with the traffic from the chowk, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't really have a lot of time for sitting around. There’s always a package that needs a label or a customer coming in with questions about a shipment. The space is a bit tight but we make it work. We keep the registers and the receipts tucked in the back. It’s just me and a couple of others most days. We drink a lot of chai from the vendor across the street. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets, just some pens and a sturdy table. People from the nearby sectors know us because we’ve been at this spot for some time. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just want to make sure the boxes get where they need to go without too much trouble. If the door is open, we’re usually inside sorting through the latest arrivals from the morning trucks. Rohini is a busy place, and Sector 9 is no different with people always on the move. We’ve had the same old desk for years and the phone never really stops ringing.
