We are located in Sahibabad, specifically at Shop No 1 in Naveen Park, Rajinder Nagar. It’s a relatively quiet little corner compared to the main roads. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we’d run out of room for our chairs pretty fast. We’ve got a couple of desks and some filing cabinets that are stuffed full of old records. Most of the day is spent on the phone or checking the computer to see where the shipments are. It’s just a few of us running the show here. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, drink our morning tea, and start working through the list of things to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. It’s a simple life for us. We know most of the people in Naveen Park, and they often stop by just to say hello while they're out. We handle the logistics part of things, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and making sure the drivers know exactly where they are going. The office gets a bit hot in the summer because the sun hits the front window directly, but we have a small fan that helps. It’s just a regular local shop doing its thing every day without any fuss or bother. We just handle the business and go home.
