We are located on the ground floor of House Number 588 in Shaktikhand, Indrapuram. If you’ve spent any time in Ghaziabad, you know Shaktikhand is a busy residential hub. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with lifts when we’re moving heavy tile samples or catalogs around. The office is pretty straightforward—a few chairs, some desks, and a lot of shelves filled with ceramic details. The street outside can get quite dusty, especially with all the new buildings going up nearby, but we keep our door shut and stay busy. It’s a practical location for us since it’s easy for people to find. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We mostly just focus on the work at hand, making sure the orders for the Ghaziabad area are handled properly. The staff here has been together for a while, so we have a good routine. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we sort through the paperwork. Indrapuram has grown so much lately, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change while we’ve been in this spot. It feels like a real community here. We take our lunch breaks at the local stalls nearby. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to stay organized and keep the business moving forward. We like the convenience of being on the ground floor and the familiarity of this specific street.
