We’ve been set up here in Tower 8 of Valley View Estate for a while now. If you know the Gurgaon-Faridabad Road, you know how the traffic gets around Gawal Pahari, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing to their jobs. Our office is up on the 12th floor, so at least we get a bit of a breeze and can see the hills when the smog isn't too thick. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and making sure the ceramic orders get where they need to go. The space isn’t huge, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we end up chatting with the neighbors a lot. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something going on with the construction nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at samples that come in. It’s not fancy, just a regular workplace with desks and a lot of folders. We drink too much tea and try to keep things organized. The road outside is always loud with trucks and cars, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this place over the years. Most days it’s just about getting the logistics right and making sure no one is waiting too long for their tiles. It’s steady work and we’ve been at it from this location for quite some time.
