Shri Balaji Roadways

We have been operating out of Shiva Market for a while now. The office is on the first floor of Dr Sandeep Complex at Plot 14. It’s a busy area in Pitampura, and most days we are just busy keeping things moving. People know us as Shri Balaji Roadways. We handle a lot of different loads and routes. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the trucks get to where they need to go. Sometimes the traffic around here makes things difficult, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out. My uncle started this with just a couple of vehicles and we’ve kept it going through good and bad times. We aren't a big fancy setup with air conditioning in every room. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls that never seem to end. Most of our clients come by the office to talk about their shipments and have a cup of tea. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If a truck is going to be late because of a breakdown, we tell them honestly. It is better than making excuses that don't hold up. We deal with drivers, fuel prices, and scheduling every single day. It can be stressful when the weather is bad or roads are closed unexpectedly. But that's just how the transport business works in a place like Delhi. We spend most of our time at the desk or checking on the loading process nearby. If you walk into Shiva Market, you'll find us easily enough. We have been in this same spot for years, so most of the neighbors know us. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do to keep the lights on and the business running for the next generation.
