Sewak Transport Company

We have been sitting at Shop No 21 in Ambey Garden for quite a while now. Most people know this spot near Libaspur along the G T Karnal Road. It gets really busy around here with all the traffic from the heavy trucks passing by all day. Sewak Transport Company is basically just us doing our daily work. We don't have a fancy office or any of those modern things. It is just a small place where we handle the paperwork and talk to the drivers who come through. Sometimes the noise from the main road is a bit much but we are used to it by now. People stop by to ask about rates or just to see when a load is going out to another city. We try to keep things moving as much as we can. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer and the dust from the road always comes inside the shop. We just sweep it out and keep going with the day. My uncle started this many years ago and now we just carry it on the same way. It is not always easy with the fuel prices going up all the time. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking the handwritten logs. If you are looking for us, look for the sign near the garden area. We are usually there from early morning until late evening when the last truck leaves the gate. It’s just a regular business. We know the routes well and stay busy.
