Sarswati Granites

We are Sarswati Granites, located at 70/1/2 in the Marble Market at Mangolpur Kalan. If you are near Rohini, you probably know this area is always crowded with people looking for building materials. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. It is a busy environment with lots of noise from the street and the other shops nearby. We deal mostly in granite. We have stacks of it leaning against the walls and piled up in the back. Working in the marble market means you have to be ready for anything. Some days a customer wants just one small piece for a shelf, and other days someone needs enough for a whole apartment building. We treat both the same way. We just show them what we have on the floor. It is a bit of a maze in here sometimes because we try to fit as much stock as we can into the space. There is always the sound of hammers or saws somewhere in the distance. We wear old clothes because the stone dust gets everywhere and it doesn’t really wash out easily. It is a tough job, physically speaking, but we are used to it. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just stay here at the shop and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s been our way for a long time and it works for us.
