Regent Granito (India) Ltd.

We are over here at Plot 201-202 in Pankaj Plaza. It is right in the Karkardooma Community Centre area. If you know Vikas Marg, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people moving around. Our space is usually filled with stacks of granite samples and folders. It is a bit crowded sometimes because granite takes up a lot of room. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done and meet customers. My desk is usually covered in papers and stone pieces. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us on our toes. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while now at Regent Granito (India) Ltd. Dealing with granite means everything is heavy. You have to be careful moving things around so nothing cracks. It is loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the orders. Most of the people coming in are looking for something specific for their kitchens or floors. We show them what we have in the catalogues and the small pieces we keep here. It is a lot of back and forth with the suppliers. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there is always something to do. That is just how life is for us here.
