Rama Krishna Roadline

Rama Krishna Roadline is based in Sushant Vyapar Kendra, right in Sushant Lok Phase I. We are at Shop No 211 on the ground floor. It’s a decent spot, and having the office on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and talk to us without climbing stairs. We’ve been here for several years now. The Vyapar Kendra is a busy place, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers trying to stay on top of the busy schedule. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks or big slogans. People know us because we’ve been around and we don’t disappear when things go wrong. Logistics is a messy business, honestly. Trucks break down, roads get blocked by protests or rain, and sometimes drivers just vanish for a few hours without notice. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting these little disasters. It can be stressful, but it’s part of the job we chose. I keep a lot of our records in old binders because I don’t trust computers for everything, especially when the power goes out. Our office is pretty plain—just some desks, a few chairs, and a calendar that's usually marked up with scribbles. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep our trucks moving and our customers from complaining. It’s a practical, everyday kind of life here in Sushant Lok.
