R K Jha Transport Operator

I’ve been running things here at R K Jha Transport Operator for a while now. We are based over in Dwarka at Flat No 500, Pocket 3 C, Sector 16 B. It’s a busy spot, mostly residential, but we manage to keep our operations going from here. People ask why we work out of a flat, but it's where we started and it works for us. The phone rings at all hours, usually drivers checking in or someone asking if we have a truck available for a trip. I spend a lot of my day just keeping track of schedules and making sure the paperwork isn't a mess. It's not always easy, especially when traffic gets bad in Sector 16, but we deal with it. My desk is usually covered in receipts, old logbooks, and half-empty tea cups. We aren't a big fancy office with a lobby or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes the internet goes down or a driver gets a flat tire in the middle of the night, and that sets everything back, but that’s just how this business goes. I try to keep things simple. If a job comes in, we figure out a way to get it done. No big speeches or fancy promises. We just move things from one place to another. Being in Dwarka helps because we are close to the main roads. It gets noisy sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We just want to do our job and go home.
