Started this at M-59 in Lajpat Nagar II quite a few years back now. It is mostly about keeping the trucks moving and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Some days the traffic around here is just a nightmare, especially near the market area, but we manage to get things out. We have got a small office where we handle the paperwork and take calls from people looking to move their stuff. It’s not a fancy setup, just a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks. People usually just drop by or call us when they have a load that needs taking somewhere else. The business has changed a bit over time, but the basic work of loading up and hitting the road stays the same. We don't really do much advertising because most of our work comes from folks who already know us or see our name on the side of the lorries. It gets dusty and loud with all the movement, but that’s just how it goes in the transport line. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or a truck needs a repair at the worst time, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the roads. We just keep at it day after day, making sure the goods get to where they are supposed to be without too much fuss.
