Pradeep Tansports Service

We are based out of Chittaranjan Park, specifically over at L-5. It is a bit different being a transport service in a residential area like CR Park compared to a big industrial hub, but we make it work. Pradeep Tansports Service started out as a very small idea, and now we have our own little rhythm going. The office is part of the building where we can keep an eye on things. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the neighborhood and the nearby markets. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of branch offices. It’s just us and our drivers. We spend a lot of time making sure the routes are planned out so we don't waste time or fuel. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting a dent or a delivery being delayed by a festival or a protest, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just tell you when the truck will be there and we try our best to make it happen. My nephew helps me with the paperwork on the weekends, and the rest of the time I'm usually on the phone or out checking the vehicles. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but there is always something that needs fixing or a customer who needs an update on their shipment.
