We set up our office at R-95 Mithila Vihar in Prem Nagar-2. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, so it doesn’t feel like a busy commercial hub. Our room is small and simple, just a couple of chairs for people to sit while we talk about their papers. There’s a ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise on its highest setting, but we’ve gotten used to it. We deal with a lot of documents every day, so there are stacks of paper everywhere you look. It’s mostly just sitting and reading or filling out forms. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask a quick question or to get help with something they don't understand. We don't have a big staff, it’s just a couple of us working through the piles. Prem Nagar-2 is a bit out of the way, but people find us easily enough once they get into Mithila Vihar. The sunlight comes through the front window in the morning and makes it quite bright inside. We have a small teapot we use throughout the day, and we usually take a break when the sun is at its highest. It’s a low-key operation. We aren't trying to be some big firm, we just provide help to whoever walks through the door. It’s steady, quiet work that keeps us busy enough throughout the week. There is an old tree outside that gives some shade to the front of the office.
