You have to head up to the 7th floor to find us at No. 702 and 703 in the D.D.A-2 District Center. Janakpuri is a busy hub, and the elevator here is often slow, so we end up waiting a lot. The office is full of desks, filing cabinets, and stacks of paper. It is a typical office environment where the phones are always ringing. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking to people who come in with their documents. It is not a very colorful place. The walls are plain, and the carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where people walk the most. We have a small water cooler that everyone gathers around for a break. Looking out the window from the 7th floor is probably the best part of the day. You can see all the traffic down below. We deal with a lot of paperwork every single day. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in forms and signatures. We aren't a huge team here, just enough of us to keep things running. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It is just a place where work gets done. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep the files organized so we can find things when we need them. It is a steady, quiet kind of job. We just show up and handle the claims and policies as they come.
