You’ll find us on the ground floor at F- 174-175, Street No. 3 in Pandav Nagar. It’s a regular office space, nothing too flashy. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. Our day is mostly filled with paperwork and talking to people who walk in from the street. We deal with things related to savings and security, so there’s a lot of explaining how different forms work. It’s a lot of reading through fine print and making sure everything is signed where it needs to be. We’ve been in Pandav Nagar for a while, so we know many of the people who live nearby. It’s a friendly neighborhood, and we often have people just popping in to ask a quick question. We keep the place tidy, but with all the folders and documents, it can get a bit cluttered. There’s a small cooler for water in the corner and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, working through the files. Some days are slow, and we spend time organizing the drawers, and other days it feels like we can't keep up with the walk-ins. It’s just a practical, local office helping people with their daily stuff. We keep a big calendar on the wall to track deadlines.
