We are located over in Faridabad, specifically at N I T 2 A/8, on that bungalow plot. It’s a decent enough spot for what we do. Patel Roadways Ltd has been around this part of town for a good while, so most of the local drivers know where to find us. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and manifests spread across the desks, but we know where everything is. Running a transport business in a place like NIT means you have to be ready for anything. The weather gets hot, the roads get blocked, and sometimes the schedules just fall apart. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking in with people and making sure the loads are secure. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that stays reliable for the folks who have been coming to us for years. You’ll see the trucks parked up nearby when they aren't on a run. My cousin helps out with the accounts, and we have a few guys who have been with us since the beginning. We don't use fancy software for everything, sometimes a ledger and a pen work just fine. We just focus on getting the goods from the warehouse to the destination. It’s honest work, and we try to keep it simple without overcomplicating the process for anyone.
