On Dot Courier And Cargo Limited

Our shop is inside the PVR Shopping Arcade in Saket, at Shop No Gf/15. It is a bit of a different environment than the usual industrial areas where you find cargo companies. We get a lot of people coming in while they are out shopping or going to see a movie. The arcade is always buzzing with activity. We handle all sorts of courier work and some larger cargo too. Our space is quite small, so we have to move the boxes out as quickly as they come in. If we don't stay on top of it, the whole shop gets filled up and you can barely move. We spend a lot of time weighing parcels and printing out labels. It’s a fast-paced kind of work and the hours can be long, especially around the holidays. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just this one unit in the arcade. The staff here are locals and we’ve been working together for a few years. We don't really have time for fancy talk. We just focus on getting the packages sorted and sent off. Sometimes the courier vans have trouble parking nearby because of the mall traffic, which can be a bit of a headache. But we have a routine now and it seems to work out most of the time. We see a lot of regular faces every single week.
