You can find us at 2506 Qutab Road. It is an old building but it has been our home for a long time. The street outside is always full of people and carts and cars. It is one of those parts of town that never really stays quiet. We run our transport business from a small room on the ground floor. It’s mostly just us and the telephone. We coordinate different types of transport for local businesses and sometimes for families moving house. It’s a lot of coordination work and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. A truck might break down or a driver might get sick, and then we have to scramble to fix it. That is just the way this business works. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and our memory. We’ve been around Qutab Road for so long that we know most of the other shopkeepers and residents by name. They know they can just walk in and talk to us if they need something moved. We don't put out ads or try to sound like a big company. We are just local people doing a job we understand. It keeps us busy and pays the bills. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed, but that’s just how it goes. It is a simple way of living and working.
