If you are looking for us, we are located at Shop No 9063/21 on Roshanara Road. It’s right near Metro Pillar No 93, which is a good landmark because the area gets very crowded. We have been here in Ram Bagh on the Old Rotak Road for quite many years. The metro goes past all day and you can hear the rumbling inside the shop. It is a busy part of the city for sure. We spend our days managing shipments and talking to drivers who are trying to navigate the traffic outside. The office is often a bit messy with tea cups and stacks of manifests. We are a small team and we don't really go for the polished look. Most of the people who use our services are regular traders from the nearby markets. They know where to find us. We start work early to beat the worst of the morning rush, though it doesn't always help. Sometimes the trucks get stuck for hours in the narrow lanes. We just take it in our stride. There isn't any big secret to how we run things. We just stay at the shop and make sure the goods get to where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things get confusing, but we manage to sort it out in the end. It's just a normal day for us here.
