Over here in Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, we have our setup at 160, Abhay Khand 1. It’s a regular building and we use it for all the Nitco Tiles Ltd business in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Ghaziabad is always moving fast and we try to keep up with the tile orders coming in. The space is a bit cramped sometimes because tiles take up a lot of room even when they are just samples. We handle the paperwork and manage the distribution from this address. It’s a practical location, easy enough to get to from the main roads. We spend a lot of time talking to truck drivers and making sure the crates are handled right. There is nothing fancy about our office; it’s just desks, computers, and a lot of tile catalogs. Some days the heat is quite something, but we just keep the fans going and get through the pile of invoices. People stop by to ask about different finishes or to see when their delivery is arriving. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not, just a local branch doing our part for the company. Dealing with construction materials is gritty work and our office reflects that. It’s more about the actual tiles than looking polished. We’ve been in Abhay Khand for a while and the locals know us. It is just basic work.
