Natraj Machine Tools

Our place is in Shahdara at 1D/14, N.S. Marg, Chhajjupur. We are right on the 100 Foota Road, near the Shiv Mandir. It is a very busy part of town and there is always something going on outside. We deal with machine tools and hardware. The shop is full of heavy equipment and metal components. It is not a clean or quiet environment. There is usually dust from the road and the smell of grease. We have been here in Babarpur for a long time now. Most of the local mechanics and shop owners know us by name. We don't bother with fancy displays or marketing materials. People just come to us when they need a specific tool or a part. We spend a lot of our day lifting heavy crates and checking sizes on pieces of metal. We don't wear uniforms; we just wear whatever can get dirty. Sometimes the traffic on 100 Foota Road makes it hard for customers to stop, but they usually find a way. We keep all our records in big paper ledgers. We aren't very tech-savvy, but we know our tools inside and out. It is a straightforward business. We like the morning sound of the temple bells before the noise of the traffic takes over. It is just our daily life here, working with our hands and helping people find the tools they need.
