Kenzai Ceramic Pvt.Ltd. is based out in Karchhana, right in the Kataka and Ghoredeeh area near Allahabad. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but this is where we do all our work. We deal with ceramics and everything that comes with that industry. It's a dusty job sometimes, and the heat in Allahabad doesn't always help, but we’re used to it by now. The team here is mostly locals from the nearby villages. We aren't some big corporate machine; we're just people working with clay and kilns. Most of us have been at this for years. You’ll find the yard full of materials most days of the week. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in. It’s honest work. We don't have a fancy front desk or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find someone in their work clothes ready to talk. The office is right there on the site so we can see what’s happening. It feels right being located where the actual work happens instead of somewhere far away in a city center. We just keep the wheels turning and make sure the orders get out when they should. It’s what we know how to do, and we just stick to that. No need for anything more complicated than that. It is just the way we like to run things around here.
