Our spot is on Roshanara Road, specifically Plot No 3986 near Mori Gate. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets with trucks and loaders everywhere. We’ve been running our transport business from here for years. It’s mostly about moving goods from one city to another, making sure the trucks are loaded right and the drivers have what they need for the journey. We have a lot of different trucks coming in and out at all hours, day and night. It’s a lot of paperwork, keeping track of manifests and delivery notes which always seem to get lost under a tea cup. The office is basically just a place to sit between loads, with tea always on the go for anyone who walks in. We don't go for anything fancy; the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is old. But that doesn't really matter as long as the trucks are moving and the cargo is safe. We deal with all kinds of cargo, whatever people need hauled from here to there. Some days are slow, waiting for a shipment to arrive, and other days it’s complete chaos with everyone trying to leave at once. We know the drivers and their families, and we’ve seen the roads change a lot over the decades. It’s a tough life on the road, so we try to keep things simple here at the home base. We aren't some big logistics giant, just a local carrier doing our part.
