We are located at M-126, Rama Krishana Vihar, I.P.Extn.` New Delhi-92. This is the spot where Kajaria Ceramics Limited does its thing. I.P. Extension is a well-known part of the city, and we have been here for a good while. Our office isn't something out of a magazine. It has mismatched chairs and stacks of tile samples leaning against the walls. We like it that way because it feels like a real workspace. We spend our time coordinating between the factory and the customers. It involves a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans. We just try to get the right tiles to the right people at the right time. Sometimes we make mistakes, like a typo on an order form, but we always fix them. That’s just how humans work. The staff here is friendly but busy. We don't have time for corporate games. We just want to make sure the business stays healthy and the customers are happy with their floors. Living and working in New Delhi means you have to be tough and practical, and that is exactly how we run things here at M-126. It's a simple operation, but it's ours, and we take some pride in that. We just do our best every day and keep moving forward.
