Jalaram Ceramics has an office in Patparganj, New Delhi. We are in the Vandana Apartments, specifically Plot Number 42 in the I.P. Extension area. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix. Our place is at number 72. There are ceramic tile samples and brochures scattered around the tables. It’s not the most organized office, but we manage to get things done. Being in Delhi, the traffic outside is always humming. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to sites and checking on deliveries. The office has big windows, but we usually keep the blinds down because of the sun. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy uniforms. Most of us just wear regular clothes and drink too much tea. We started this because we knew the ceramic trade well. People come to Vandana Apartments to look at what we have available. We don't have a big showroom here, just the office where we handle the orders and the paperwork. It can get a bit cramped when several people visit at once. We’ve been here in I.P. Extension for quite some time now. It’s a decent place to work from, and it’s close to the main roads. We just keep track of the stock and make sure the accounts are right. It’s straightforward work without any fluff. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily load.
