Jai Gauri Shanker Marble & Tiles

You can find us at Plot No. 70/1/1 in the Marble Market at Mangolpur Kalan. It's a big market, so there are shops everywhere, but we've been in this specific spot for a good while. We deal with both marble and tiles, so there’s always something coming or going. The yard gets pretty messy when we're cutting things down to size or unloading a new shipment from the quarry. I spend most of my time either on the phone or helping people pick out something that fits their budget. We don’t have a big air-conditioned showroom; it’s more of a practical setup. We have samples lined up against the walls and crates stacked high in the back. Sometimes it takes a while to find exactly what a customer is looking for, but we don't mind the search. It’s just the two of us usually, plus some help for the loading part. We see a lot of people from the nearby colonies coming in to look for bathroom tiles or flooring. It’s a lot of manual labor, but it keeps us busy. We don't do anything special, just sell stone and tiles to whoever needs them. If you’re driving through the market, look for our sign near the main stretch. We’re usually there from morning until late evening, just getting the work done one slab at a time.
