Our base of operations is at Khasra No.1124 in Rithala, which is right near the Bagga Link Service Station. If you’re looking for Ishu Earthmovers, you just need to look for the yellow heavy machinery parked in the yard. It’s a large open space because you can’t really fit JCBs and loaders into a small office. The yard is mostly dirt and gravel, which means it gets incredibly dusty when the wind blows or when we’re moving the machines around to get them ready for a job. We spend a lot of our time out here in the sun, checking hydraulic lines and making sure the engines are sounding right. We have a small shed that serves as our office, but it’s mostly just for keeping the paperwork and a few spare parts dry. It’s not a polished business environment. There are old tires lying around and the smell of diesel is everywhere. Our team is made up of people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We don't have a marketing department; our business mostly comes from contractors who know we have the equipment ready to go. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we’d like, especially if we’re waiting for a specific part to come in, but we do our best to stay on schedule. It’s a tough, outdoor business, and we’ve been at it in Rithala for a long time. We just focus on keeping the earthmoving equipment ready for whatever project comes next.
