India Gifts Network

We are located at Farash Khana Chowk. It is one of those old parts of the city where the streets are narrow and there is always something happening. Our business is called India Gifts Network, and we basically handle all sorts of gift items. The space we have is quite old and is usually packed to the ceiling with boxes. We don't have a showroom where you can walk around and browse. It’s more of a hub where we receive items, check them, and then pack them up for shipping. There is a lot of bubble wrap and tape being used every day. The chowk outside is very noisy with the sounds of bells, horns, and people talking. We often have to carry boxes out to the main road because the delivery trucks cannot fit into the small lanes here. It’s a small team of us working in this space. We drink tea from the local stall while we sort through the orders. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. People find us because we have been here for a long time. During the holidays and festivals, the place gets very chaotic with so many orders coming in at once. We just try to keep up and make sure everything is sent to the right address. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we like being in the heart of the old city.
