Girish Oil Carrier

Girish Oil Carrier is located out in Dharampura Colony, specifically in the Jai Vihar area off Nangloi Road in Najafgarh. This part of the city is always full of heavy vehicles and the roads can be a bit rough, but that’s just how it is for an oil carrier business. Our office is at H 9, and it’s a very basic setup where we manage the fleet of tankers. We have a small team that handles the paperwork and makes sure the oil is being transported correctly. The office has a few metal cupboards for the files and a wooden bench for visitors to sit on. It’s often quite dusty because of the wind blowing across the open areas near Najafgarh, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. We don’t have any slick marketing or a big reception area. Most of the people who come here are drivers or people we have known for years. The morning starts early here because we want to get the trucks on the road before the traffic on Nangloi Road gets too bad. We usually eat our lunch together in the office, and the food usually comes from the little dhabas nearby. It’s a hard-working atmosphere without any pretense. We just do our jobs, watch the tankers come and go, and try to keep everything organized. It is a simple life focused on the road and the oil we carry.
