You can find us over at Vardhman Plaza in Vikaspuri. It’s a busy little corner where we manage all the transport stuff. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers on the phone and making sure the trucks are where they should be. It’s not a quiet job. The phone rings a lot, usually with someone asking where their delivery is. We’ve been doing this for quite some time now. Vikaspuri is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get around from here. We aren't some big corporate office with matching uniforms or anything. It’s just a few of us in a room with some filing cabinets and a lot of tea. We handle goods of all kinds for people and other businesses. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes the traffic makes everything difficult and we have to stay late. That’s just life on the road. We try to keep a simple schedule for everyone. When a customer comes in, we just talk to them like normal people. No scripted talk or any of that. We know the routes around here pretty well. The plaza is always active, so there’s a lot of noise from the street, but it suits us fine. We’ve had the same people working here for years, so we know how each other works. It’s a practical business. We just want to get the goods delivered and go home to our families.
