We are located at A-187 on Street-04 in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a typical Delhi street, always something happening. Our building is easy to find once you get onto the right street. We have been here for a good stretch of time, and the locals know us pretty well. The workspace is a bit of a mix between an office and a storage room. We have piles of tiles and ceramics in the corners. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't have any polished sales pitches. Usually, we just show people the stock and let the products speak for themselves. The summer heat can be tough here, but we have a couple of good fans that keep us going. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or homeowners who are looking for something specific. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. It’s just us answering the phone and writing things down in our ledgers. We like the pace of West Vinod Nagar. It’s busy but friendly. Sometimes we sit out on the steps during lunch. It’s a basic operation, but we stay busy and that is what matters. We just want to do our job and go home at the end of the day. It has been our home for a long time and we plan on staying for more.
