Our shop, Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd, is located at Kalu Sarai. You can find us at Shop No 10 on the Lower Ground Floor of Building No 55/A, which is part of Siddharth Shopping Chamber 1. We are quite close to the IIT Gate, so we get a lot of students coming in with books and applications. It’s a bit of a walk down to the lower ground floor, but we are always here. The office is pretty simple, with a few computers and lots of registers for tracking the shipments. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it works for what we need. We don't bother with fancy decorations or corporate branding inside. It’s mostly just piles of boxes and the sound of the printer. We’ve been at this Kalu Sarai location for a good while, and we know the shortcuts around the building. Some days it gets a little dark down here, but we keep the lights on and the work moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest, just the ones who are there for the people who live and work around the IIT area. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. If you need us, just head to Siddharth Shopping Chamber 1 and look for the lower ground floor signs. We’ll be there, likely sorting through the morning’s delivery or sealing up a few more cartons for the evening.
