DTDC Cargo & Courier Pvt Ltd

Our little spot is DTDC Cargo & Courier Pvt Ltd, located in the Surya Arcade Building right on Vikas Marg. Specifically, we are at Shop No U/110 in Shakarpur. It’s a busy area, lots of traffic and people moving around all day. We handle a lot of packages here, from small envelopes to bigger boxes that people need sent out. The Surya Arcade Building is pretty easy to spot if you are familiar with Vikas Marg. Inside the shop, it’s mostly just us weighing items and sticking labels on them. It can get a bit cramped when we have a big delivery coming in, but we make it work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just open the shutters in the morning and start taking in parcels. People from around Shakarpur come in with all sorts of things they need to send. We see a lot of regulars. The floor is usually covered in tape scraps and bubble wrap by the end of the shift. It’s just the reality of the courier business. We try to be quick so people don't have to wait in line too long. It’s a practical business in a practical part of town. We’ve been here for a while and most people know us as the place near the main road to drop off their stuff. Nothing fancy, just the daily grind of moving mail. We keep the counters tidy and the scales ready.
