You can find us at Plot No D/1 in Himgiri Enclave, over on Nilothi Road in Chander Vihar, Nangloi. Delhi Baroda Carrier Pvt Ltd has been based in this area for a good amount of time. It’s a bit of a journey to get here sometimes, but it’s a solid location for our trucks. We spend most of our time dealing with carriers and making sure things are moving between Delhi and Baroda. It is a specific route we know very well. The office in Chander Vihar is where all the planning happens. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy. We have a lot of paperwork to keep track of and the phone is always going. We don't really have a big marketing plan. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied enough to come back. Some days are really hectic when multiple trucks are leaving at once, and other days we are just doing maintenance and catching up on logs. We have a small group of workers who know the business inside out. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in transport. We just want to keep our operations steady. It’s a tough business sometimes, with the roads being what they are, but we manage. We’ve stayed here in Nangloi because it works for us and the people we serve. Sometimes the dust from the road is a lot, but we just clean up and keep going. It is just part of the daily grind at Plot D/1.
