You can find us on the second floor of building 1011 on Faiz Road in Karol Bagh. It’s a busy street, especially with all the shops and people around. Being on the second floor keeps us a little away from the direct noise of the traffic, but you can still hear the horns. We spend most of our time staring at spreadsheets or talking to drivers on their mobiles. Logistics is just a lot of timing and making sure things aren't sitting idle. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The stairs are a bit steep, but we are used to them. It’s a simple office setup. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days and plenty of files stacked up on the shelves. We don’t do any fancy marketing or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people up those stairs. It’s a bit of a tight space when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Every day we just try to get the shipments coordinated without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just life in the city, but we deal with it as it comes. Faiz Road is a good spot for us because it’s central. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, handling the loads that come our way. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the corner to break the silence.
