Our office is over in Janakpuri. It’s a part of the city where things are always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We’ve been doing this express work for a good bit now. Most days it’s just about managing the packages and making sure the routes are clear. Janakpuri is a big area, but we’ve got our spot settled. We aren’t trying to be something we aren’t. We just show up, handle the boxes, and keep the records straight. There’s usually some noise from the street outside and people coming in and out to drop things off. It gets a bit hectic around noon when the main pickups happen. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We move things. That is about it. The office might look a bit cluttered with all the delivery slips and tape rolls lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical kind of place. Some of us have been working together for a long time, so we don’t need to say much to get the job done. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. If you ever walk by Janakpuri and see our sign, that is where we are, doing the same thing we do every day. Sometimes we stay late when the late shipments arrive, just sorting through the piles.
