Chauhan Glass And Aluminium

Our shop is at Bhajan Pura, right by the Chand Bhagh Red Light. It's Shop Number Ca-56 if you’re looking for it. Mostly we work with glass and aluminium frames. It’s pretty noisy here because of the traffic on Rhana Road and the constant honking at the light. We spend a lot of time cutting glass to size and putting together window frames for local houses. It’s dusty work and you have to be careful with your hands because of the sharp edges. We’ve been here for a good bit now. People stop by when they have a broken window or want to change their shop front. We have a few guys working in the back most days, hammering and measuring. The space is a bit cramped with all the metal scraps and glass sheets leaning against the walls. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to stand when a big delivery comes in and we have to shuffle everything around to make room. We just handle whatever walk-ins come through the door. It’s not a big factory or anything, just a small shop doing regular work for the neighborhood. We see a lot of people passing by because of the red light, so we get to know the regulars. Usually, we're just busy measuring things or cleaning up the glass shards from the floor so nobody gets cut. It’s basic work, but it fills the day. We don't really have a showroom, just the workbench and materials.
