Chakiat Agencies Pvt Ltd is located in Sector 20 at Plot No 18 in the Institutional Area. It’s a bit more of an organized part of the city, but it still has its quirks. We’ve been based in this plot for quite a while. The building is fairly plain, just a concrete structure that serves its purpose. We have a lot of space for our paperwork and the occasional equipment that needs to be stored. Being in the Institutional Area means we don't have the same chaos as the market districts, which is nice for keeping our heads straight. We spend a lot of time on the computer or filling out forms for various agencies. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't often see. We are a small team and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't have any big corporate meetings; we just talk over the desks when something needs to be done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is always a bit of a hassle. We don't put out any flashy flyers or try to sound like we’re more than we are. We just provide a place where people can get their agency work handled. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way. Most days are just about checking lists and making sure the plots are managed right without any major delays.
