Cargo Linkers

Our shop is at 15-16 in the M R Complex over in Mahipal Pur. We are right on the Main Gurgaon Road in Rangpuri. It’s a very busy area with a lot of people heading towards the airport or into Gurgaon. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, mostly handling cargo and shipping. Because we are near the main road, we get a lot of walk-ins and people asking about how to send things. It’s a small place, not a big fancy office. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of logbooks. We spend our time checking weights, measuring boxes, and talking to carriers. It’s honest work and we don't try to dress it up. Sometimes things go wrong, like a parcel getting delayed, and we just have to deal with it and tell the person the truth. We don't use a lot of technical jargon. We just explain things in plain English. Being in Mahipal Pur means we are right in the thick of the transport hub. We know the other shop owners around the M R Complex and it feels like a community. We just focus on getting the cargo linked up with the right trucks or planes. It’s what we do every day, and we’re happy to just keep it that way. We aren't fancy, but we know how the shipping process works.
