Our office is situated on the Palam Colony Main Road, right at Rz/ 9-C. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something happening right outside the window. We’ve been operating from here for quite a while, focusing on logistics. That basically means we spend our time organizing shipments and making sure things get where they need to go. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly paperwork and phone calls to different warehouses and drivers. Being on the main road makes it convenient for people to stop by and ask questions. We don’t go in for fancy talk or complicated systems. We just use what works for us. If there’s a delay at a checkpoint, we deal with it. If someone needs something moved quickly, we see what we can do. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the coffee is cold and the phones won't stop ringing, but that's just part of the day. We like being in Palam Colony. It feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets the job done without any fuss. We just keep our heads down and keep the goods moving. Every day is a little bit different, but the goal is always the same.
