We've been around Pragati Tower for a while now. It's busy here in Delhi, and we just keep things moving. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on trucks. Being near the GPO helps with the paperwork side of things. We aren't a huge flashy office, just a group of people making sure crates and boxes get from one spot to another. Sometimes things get delayed with traffic, that's just how it is here. We try to be straightforward with people when they ask where their stuff is. Logistics is mostly about managing the mess. We've got our routine down. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know. The office is at number 26, right in the tower. We show up, handle the manifests, and coordinate with the drivers. It’s been our home base for years. People know where to find us if there’s a problem or if they need a delivery sorted out. We just stick to the basics of transport and moving goods through the city. It's loud and crowded outside, but we keep our corner organized. If you’ve walked through this part of Delhi, you’ve probably seen our trucks or passed the building. We just focus on getting through the daily list of shipments without making things more complicated than they need to be.
