Brilliance Overseas

Pitampura is always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it at Vardhman Charve Plaza. Being behind Hotel City Park makes it easy for people to find us, though the parking can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been running Brilliance Overseas from this spot for a while. It’s not a huge office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a practical space where we handle all the paperwork and phone calls that come with this kind of work. Most of the time, the desks are piled high with files because there’s always something to track or a shipment to check on. It gets pretty noisy with the Community Center nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to keep track of things when you’re not trying to be a giant company. My cousin helps out with the ledger, and we have a couple of guys who handle the logistics part. It’s not glamorous work, mostly just making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phones won't stop ringing, but that’s just life in a Delhi office. We don't have a big reception area, so if you come by, you’ll just see us working. It's a simple setup for a simple job. We stay busy enough as it is.
