We've been over here at B-803 Gali No. 1 Brijpuri for a good while now. It's tucked in near Gangotri Vihar. Mostly, we just focus on getting the work done day to day. There are a few of us here making sure things run like they should. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular shop floor where we handle the orders that come in. Most people around here know where we are if they need something made or fixed up. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork, we’d rather be out back working on the machines. Some days it gets pretty busy and loud, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We used to have more space, but we make do with what we have now. If you’re walking down Gali No. 1, you’ll probably hear us before you see us. We try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, and everyone knows their role. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s worked for us so far, and we don’t plan on changing much. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families at night.
