You’ll find us at No. 4023 in Gali Banshi Koyle Wali, right near Ajmeri Gate. If you know that area, you know the lanes are narrow and always packed with people and carts moving goods. We operate from a small space in one of these old buildings. It’s a busy spot with a lot of history and a lot of noise. We’ve been here for years, dealing with the daily chaos of the market. Our work involves a lot of traditional business practices. We don't use much fancy technology or computer systems; we still do a lot of things the old way because it works for us and our customers. The building is old and the stairs are steep and narrow. It’s not the kind of place you’d find a corporate office, but it’s where we feel at home and get things done. There’s always noise coming from the street outside—shouting, horns, and the sound of trade. We handle our customers face-to-face mostly. People drop in, we talk, and we get things sorted. It’s a very personal way of doing things that you don't see much anymore. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media page. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we do. The Gali Banshi Koyle Wali is a specific world of its own, and we are just a small part of it. It’s dusty and crowded, but it’s our workplace and we’ve grown used to the rhythm of Ajmeri Gate.
