Bell Granito Ceramica Ltd

We are over in West Delhi, specifically in the Ashok Nagar area near Tilak Nagar. Our address is 65/10, and it’s a typical Delhi setup. The streets are narrow and there is always something happening outside. You’ve got the local markets nearby and the metro isn't too far off. It is a very busy neighborhood to work in. Our space is functional. We have some desks, a lot of files, and samples of the granito we deal with. It gets pretty loud with the traffic and the street vendors, but you get used to it after a week. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for a long time. There is no corporate ladder here. We just divide the work and get to it. Sometimes the heat in Delhi is unbearable, so we have the coolers running full blast. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on shipments coming into the city. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks. We usually have tea a couple of times a day from the guy on the corner. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide what people need and keep our heads down. It’s a tough city, but we like our little spot in Ashok Nagar.
