Aum Marble & Granite

We are located at Plot No 29/19/1/2 in the Marble Market over in Mangolpur Kalan. Most days here start early when the trucks pull in with new loads. There is usually a lot of dust in the air because that is just how it goes when you deal with stone all day. People come by looking for stuff for their kitchens or floors, and we just show them what we have in the yard. It is not a fancy place. We have got slabs of granite and marble leaning against the walls, and sometimes it takes a while to move things around so someone can see a piece at the bottom of the stack. My clothes are almost always covered in white powder by noon. The market gets pretty crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is trying to finish their home projects. We spend a lot of time just moving heavy things from one spot to another. Sometimes the sun is really hot on the stone, and other times we are trying to cover everything before it rains. It is just basic work, really. We talk to the contractors who come in and try to keep everything organized, though it feels like a losing battle sometimes with so much inventory. You get used to the noise of the saws and the forklifts after a while. It is just what we do here in Mangolpur Kalan. Nothing more to it than that.
