We are located at 156 Sihani Gate in Ghaziabad. If you know the area, you know how busy it can get around the gate. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character and plenty of noise. Our space here is pretty straightforward. We don’t have any big signs or neon lights. It’s just a solid, practical building where we keep our records and some of our inventory. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of horns and people moving about outside. Inside, we’re usually busy with the phone or sorting out delivery schedules for the UP region. We have been here for a good bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office itself is quite basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of tiles leaning against the walls. It’s not meant to be a luxury lounge; it’s a place of work. We handle a lot of walk-ins from local people who are fixing up their homes or small shops. We talk to them plainly about what we have in stock and what might take a few days to arrive. There’s no script or sales pitch. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes we run out of chai because we’ve had too many visitors, but we always find a way to get things done. It’s a grounded way to run a business.
