We are based in Kollam, which is a beautiful part of India. Our company deals with ceramics, and we’ve set up our operations right here. It’s not a massive industrial complex, but it serves our purpose. Working in Kollam has its perks, especially with the coastal air, though it can get quite sticky with the humidity. We don’t have a very long or complicated address, just Kollam, India. People around here generally know who we are if they’re in the trade. The office itself is pretty basic. We have samples lying around and plenty of paperwork to keep us busy. We don’t spend much on making the place look like a showroom. It’s more of a working space where the real effort happens. Our team is just a few local people who know the business. We show up, check what needs to be shipped or ordered, and handle the calls. It’s a straightforward life. There’s no big corporate ladder to climb here, just daily tasks that need doing. We appreciate the simplicity of our setup. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain is so loud we can’t hear each other, but we just wait it out. It’s an honest way to make a living in a place we like. We’ve been doing this for a bit and plan to stay put. It's just a normal business in a normal town.
