Adhunik Freight Carriers Pvt Ltd is situated at Greater Noida 1. We’ve been in the freight business for a good number of years now. Our focus is mainly on moving larger shipments and commercial goods. It’s not like moving a house; it’s more about pallets and big containers. We spend a lot of time at our desk in Greater Noida 1 dealing with transport schedules and talking to drivers on their way to different cities. The roads out here are better than in the city center, which makes our lives a bit easier. We don't have a shiny lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just me or one of the other staff members handling everything from the phones to the loading dock. We aren't a massive multi-national. We are a private limited company, but it still feels like a small business. We don't have any big slogans about our vision. Our only goal is to make sure the freight gets to where it’s going without getting lost or damaged. It takes a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, like a tire blowing out or a road being closed. When that happens, we just deal with it and tell the customer what’s happening. We just try to be straight with people. It’s a tough industry but we’ve stuck with it. Greater Noida is a good base for us and we plan to stay here for a long time. It’s just how we work.
